I love this gym! Very clean, friendly staff and never crowded or intimidating. My daughter loves the childcare while I workout, and especially taking her very own Zumba class for kids!
I love Shapes Fitness! It's so nice to have a gym for women in the area. Plus, it's new and has a fantastic array of equipment. I especially enjoy the infrared sauna, which I use after every workout. I can't say enough good things about Carol, who I use for personal training. She knows exactly how much to push me and changes up my workouts to keep it interesting. She's really helped me make progress with my fitness goals. I look forward to going to the gym now!
Shapes Fitness is a friendly and welcoming environment. I was never truly comfortable working out at other gyms and this is the first time I’ve been excited to workout! The owner is incredibly helpful, the staff is welcoming and friendly and the trainers and class teachers are incredibly informative and always ready to assist. The classes are so much fun as well!
