I don't understand the previous poster's poor review. This salon puts customers' satisfaction first. If their expectations are not met they will remedy if possible. Sometimes a style/cut just doesn't work with the hair type, and the cutter makes modifications, or makes gentle suggestions for a better look. I've been getting haircuts at Shapers for over 14 years.
