Took our money as well. $1000 down on car to hold and no car. Didnt see any specs sales person was supposed to send. So we went and bought another vehicle and the money is non-refundable! Please think twice before going to this place
Sold us a lemon car. Took in under warranty for multiple repairs. Owners less than 35 days. Cracked our windshield and did not tell us. Not all repairs were completed plus broken front windshield. Owner refusing to return our calls or complete repairs. SO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Back in October of 2022, ************************* took our money and told us he was ordering ** a Sienna. Kept calling every month telling the car was on its way but that if we were in a hurry he had another car available. Each time the car would be over priced and not what we wanted so we said we will be patiente. February 2023, 5 month later he admitted that he never ordered that car. Bo knew we were coming from Dallas to purchase a vehicle. We arrived to the Dealer and find out the fender flares are off the truck not a big deal if you tell me ahead of time that you hand to paint them I would have been fine with that. Do paperwork and pay for the truck then we wait for an hour to find the truck was dirty and my sales guy Bo scratched my window on the new vehicle with a razor blade taking off the as is sticker.
