Awesome gym with great certified instructors! I was so happy to get to finally to workout with very skilled instructors who with my knee and lower back injuries were able to give me special exercises that put me back in shape
All of the instructors at Shape-up know what they are doing and they know you are there to improve yourself. The classes are challenging and there’s always variety! Plus, you get to just show up and someone else tells you how to work out, so that’s nice. It’s much more than just going to a gym. It’s all functional training that not only helps with muscle tone and strength, but also, maybe more importantly, helps your body move better by focusing on muscles that get left behind otherwise.
