Love this chain for kickboxing. Great management and everyone is always so welcoming. Great energy, every class will pump you up and prepare you for the rest of the week. They have classes for many age brackets as well as kickboxing and martial arts. The more you go, the more you learn how to perfect your technique.

If you maintain your diet and come to class regularly atlest 4 days a week for cardio kick boxing. Then I promise we don't need any other exercise. Just do what the coaches says... This is the best place to get your workout journey to start or re start.....
