Awesome shakes and energy teas, protein donuts and protein waffles. They have a small gym in the back and have open gym everyday. They are also open on Sundays! They do have some classes for those wanting to work out with other people. Everyone is super friendly and always with positive vibes. They make you feel welcomed and are very humble. Thank you to everyone at ShapeUp for always making us feel at home! 😊
