Disgusting! The rude customer service, no any corporate phone number (!)provided for an inquiry or a complaint, all over lies about charged double for no-show. Shady people, the weirdest business establishment in the Larch Village Neighbourhood where I've been residing for years
If I could post 0 stars, I would. Though overpriced, the place had been decent until recently. The staff is polite and gentle doing the advertised services, except for one strange girl who obviously took disliking of my wife, an aged and peaceful lady; the girl is obviously mentally disturbed or hates customers or whatever. Many other clients have been complaining about this particular girl's poor customer service skills, but since there is no phone number provided, the clients whom many of our friends just stopped visiting ... read more
