This is the most unorganized employees I've ever dealt with!!!! We've been members for 3 years and when you change something in contract with the Harrah office, the billing office in Midwest city doesn't get the same paperwork... we've went round and around with them and still get nothing accomplished, they withdrawal 2 times from Bank on accident... then try to withdrawal from account I changed!! It's really not that hard to work on a computer people.
Convenient location for a small town but equipment is worn out especially the cardio equipment. I used 2 different treadmills today and each of them had safety concerns that need to be addressed before somebody gets hurt. Since there is no comment cards it is difficult to address any concerns but I'd be glad to inform management if someone calls or IMs me.
