I come to Shape for personal training from Katie Macik. She is an amazing motivator and works with me to make sure I am reaching my potential, feeling better and healthier, and enjoying my time while I work out. Hands down a very approachable, friendly, and accommodating personal trainer and establishment. If you want to get in shape I highly recommend going to Shape fitness group!
I love this place!! Best trainers in town by far. What an excellent work out and I leave feeling like a million bucks!
Kelly Campbell is terrific! I'm not the easiest trainee but she pushes me to work harder- she is fun and energetic and knows her stuff. Her workouts flow from one to the next and my time with her is over before I know it. Thank you so much Kelly for making me feel good about investing in myself.

I have been working out at SHAPE Fitness for just about 6 months. The facility is great. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious. They have a wide variety of equipment so the trainers always have options when creating their workouts. Their website is thorough and easy to navigate. Specifically, at SHAPE I take a boot camp class with Aimee Flint. I can't say enough wonderful things about Aimee. She is an inspiration to all of us in her class!
