DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If you have a problem with your bill there is absolutely no one to talk to. They employ young people at the front desk so they don't know answer to any questions or just give you completely wrong information. Was told owner or manager is never on location to help with billing or dispute charges, only the young receptionist was allowed to play middle man with any questions I had. Same as the first guy they close down the gym where I'm at and still charge me! Bunch of crooks!!!!!
Don't ever give your bank account for autopay, you be charged monthly even after you have terminated your membership, we terminated twice because we continued to get charged and now have to do it a third time, what a pain
Owner is a slum lord. He doesnt maintain or clean equipment at all. Most disgusting, dirty gym ive ever been in. If he does do any renovating, he does it himself half-a$$, because he is too cheap to hire a proffesional. The fans on the tanning beds dont even turn because they are so caked up with dust. The people that go to the gym all seem to lack gym etequette as well. Just an overall terrible experience that deserves negative 5 stars for a rating. Please dont give this scumbag any business. You will regret doing so.
