I have worked for this company for over 13 years. In this building for a total of 6 years. I can honestly say that Shape is a great place to work. Especially if you want a company that believes in values and growth. Shape takes care of its employees. They have good benefits, good pay, lots of opportunities to grow. They even give their team members paid days to volunteer in the community. During covid shut down, they paid their employees 3 weeks salary to stay safe at home.
