Warning. Poor practitioner technique and knowledge. I had filler injected by Dr Lim which caused discolouration of my skin. At the time, she dismissed this as the Tyndall effect. However, I have since been reviewed by another very experienced cosmetic doctor who has informed me this discolouration is not what Tyndall effect looks like and the filler had likely been injected into a vein causing occlusion.
