I booked an appointment 10 days ago for the mechanic to try and figure out why my Honda is having issues starting. I even called a day in advance to confirm my appointment, and indicate that I would be waiting while he checked it, because i am a single mom and need my car to get me to and from work. Not only did they not check their messages; but I was told that the issue was impossible to diagnose and that if I was unwilling to leave my car there that it would be wasting the mechanics time. This is not your typical franchise garage. They do very good work and at reasonable rates. I highly reccomend this garage. I will take my car there when there are required repairs.
