I would like to commend Jay for the excellent service that he provided when I came in to purchase my car. I want to let everyone know that he went above and beyond the call of a car salesman. He helped my husband and I with the process of the credit check and then I picked the vehicle we wanted and he made the process very easy for us. After being an outstanding and loyal customer with Frank's Auto, I decided to return to purchase another vehicle from their lot. However, they made me feel as an annoyance and lacked serious customer service skills. Buyers Beware!!! I had faith where I shouldn't have. Against all odds, with health and finance issues, and my previous car being totaled. I stopped into Shantok Motors Manchester and spoke to Jay.
