I highly recommend Shanti Om Yoga. Annie does an incredible job of personalizing the yoga experience for each individual participant in the class every week. It is non-pretentious, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everything that yoga should be!
Annie and Jill are passionate, encouraging, incredibly knowledgable, and provide highly personalized experiences even in group settings. Lalainia's sessions challenge practioner's in a body positive and inclusive atmosphere. Every session I have joined has been welcoming, poses & flows have been made accessible, and, no matter how I show up, I leave feeling centered and restored.
