This is a realtor I will never recommend!! I should have canceled Mrs. Williams when she stated that an inspection is not necessary which insulted my intelligence. She violated almost all codes of conduct. I had to let myself in the home, she tried to con me by paying 600.00 inspection fee for a home under 1700 sqf. Shantae was beyond helpful and went far beyond what was needed and any unanswered or unsure questions she got back within a few hours or the next day with the answers needed and even answers to unasked related questions. I would recommend anyone to work with her as long as they want a friend you've known for years experience because she is inviting and helpful as if you were a friend or family

She helped me a lot in the purchase of my property. I remember that the day we schedule a tour to see the property, it was raining and I called her to see if she wanted to change the appointment because she was coming from Beaufort to Ridgeland, and she said to me that she will put her raining boots and her coat and she’ll come and show me the land it was her job, that made a really good impression about her because I know she will always be there no matter what! Shantae went out of her way to make me feel at home before I even met her in person. Talking to any agent for an out-of-state move from California all the way to South Carolina before securing a job, or before even selling my own home in California made it difficult to find any agent over here to give me the time of day.
