Came in told me my brand new furnace was not up to code, tire it apart, never finished called and texted repeatedly then sent installer out 6 times never remedied the issues. Was sexually assaulted twice by their employee. Kept my mouth shut thinking they'd fix the heat issue . Finally when I mentioned the assault I was dropped as a client and furnace us left in shambles. April S***** receives services from the Energy Assistance Program provided by "Kootaska Community Action, Inc.". Last winter we received a work order from Kootaska to install a new thermostat, clean and tune the furnace and to provide a dedicated electrical circuit for the furnace (as required by code). We provided those upgrades on 1/12/21. All work and materials are paid for by Kootaska and not April S*****.
