Fantastic experience with Shannon and his team. Had a problem with an unobtainium part for a good while and been to another auto electrician before I came across this business. Great service, they did everything they could to save me money first and got the job done faster than expected. Thank you so much.
Don’t even waste your time and money, car went in for an ac diagnosis and they said all it needed was gas and dye, yeah didn’t fix the issue now had someone else look at it and turns out the compressor or condenser isn’t getting power, now left without aircon over the holidays because they couldn’t be bothered to look at it properly. Also have 2 young kids and one has autism and doesn’t like having the windows down either.
ABSOLUTELY TOP MARKS!! I was recently in Bowen, 1500km from home, when the starter motor in my Mazda 3 expired (and it’s only 19 yrs/300,000km old) . The parts weren’t available in Bowen, so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I phoned around Townsville from Bowen, and after 7 rejections, Shannon’s Auto Electrical in Garbutt were happy to offer a same day service. I dropped the car off at 11.30am and picked it up at 3.30pm. All done - easy, peasy….no problems……and the total cost was VERY reasonable. I’m forever grat... read more
