Took a year for brain surgery Dr Hodds did on me to work, do all his nurse, Melissa Watson, told me it would. I went back to him 4 times telling him I was in pain and trying to make him help me. One of the nurses told me on the phone he wrote a report the time before saying I had no complaints, a lie. He wouldn't adjust the shunt he installed until my last visit when I had my nurse advocate on the phone listening. I told him she "with me". There's more but I was advised to wait

My wife was in town for a wedding and came to the ER. Her stay, diagnosis, treatment, and care was excellent. The nurses were fantastic. After her return trip to Tyler, three days later, the nurse followed up with a call to see if everything was OK. You don't get that kind of treatment in the larger hospitals. Thanks to all those that cared for my wife in my absence. Tony Caldwell and Carolyn Caldwell.
