Take the posted wait times with a grain of salt. When I came in to get tested for a cold/flu there was a stated 1.5 hour wait. At the time I'm writing this I've been waiting 3 hours. Edit: 3.5 hours is what it eventually took.
Rude, insanely long waits
Had a FANTASTIC experience this morning with the lovely lady doing the lab work (I’m so sorry I don’t think I got her name). I have always hated getting poked, I have a fear of blood that has always made it a miserable experience; she did absolutely amazing. So sweet and so patient. 10/10 would recommend going to her, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Christopher Stallard, DNP APRN FNP took care of me and I feel better already! Thank you! I can go back to work Monday and not worry about getting anyone sick.
