Rude, insanely long waits
Had a FANTASTIC experience this morning with the lovely lady doing the lab work (I’m so sorry I don’t think I got her name). I have always hated getting poked, I have a fear of blood that has always made it a miserable experience; she did absolutely amazing. So sweet and so patient. 10/10 would recommend going to her, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely rude people. I usually go to this place because usually the people are soooo nice and make things so easy for me to get what I need done. I’ve been getting my labs done the same way for years and now out of nowhere it’s no longer possible. I feel I probably got discriminated against by the rude ladies there not even trying to use my correct pronouns.
