Signed in from home online, showed at my scheduled wait time and got right in. X-rays , boot n brace, out the door n an hour. Dr. Kopp and his staff were kind and professional.
Had to take a very cranky, sick toddler in at 7pm, was so impressed by their kindness, ability to work with her, and getting us in and out so quickly. Hopefully we won’t need any urgent care in the near future but if we do, I will definitely be returning to this location!
Took my son in for a second degree burn. There was a long wait however, everyone treated us respectfully and in an urgent and calm manner. They made my son not feel anxious or scared and I really appreciated that! Such great care and advice.
Please just go to a different clinic or just go to the emergency room because this urgent care is everything but urgent. I've been waiting here for 2 hours and even though my condition isn't dyer this is complete B.S people who came after me and who were also walk-ins have gone in before me. They can see I also have my 1 year old with me and she's had enough.
Receptionist are bare minimum people.
