Absolutely awful provider. I waited 3 weeks to get in for a condition that I’m dealing with every day, and they never sent me new patient paper work and when my or there they told me since I didn’t do my paperwork before the appointment I couldn’t be seen. This practitioner told the reception to tell me I had to reschedule.absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. The lack of care is awful
