Terrible to lease from, and scam artists in my opinion. If you rent 1616 Pendleton Road, or any other house from them with a working fireplace, DO NOT USE IT!!!. I was accused of smoking in the house and charged a 500 smoking fee, as well as several hundred dollars in cleaning fees to supposedly wipe the entire house down. Then charged another 15 to apparently clean a small spill I missed on a wall behind a door, which i would think would not have still been there, had the entire house been wiped down, right? Awful x2! First, when I bought my house in 2012, I later found out that Shannon lied about multiple things including plat size and covenants (i.e. She told me that the area behind my house was protected and no one can build there, yet a year later I have a backyard neighbor as do the folks who live on either side of me - guess who sold them their house with grand promises?). We listed our house with Shannon Rollings and received 2 offers for more than what we wanted for the house after the house being on the market only 1 day! Shannon took the time to tell us what we needed to do to get maximum value for our home and to sell it quickly and we did everything she said and she was right!! Highly recommend Shannon and her team!!
