⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10—Highly Recommend If You’re a Hot Mess Like Me Let me just say: I walked in thinking I was just “a little stressed.” Turns out I’m a walking emotional lasagna—layers on layers of unresolved nonsense. But this therapist? A true mental chef. She didn’t flinch once. In just a few sessions, she helped me unpack enough baggage to open a Samsonite outlet. She listens like they’re being paid to—oh wait, they are—but it actually feels like she care’s. Weird, right?
I first started seeing Shannon individually after my engagement with my fiance. She was extraordinarily helpful to me and us in blending out two families. We have faced many challenges as a couple navigating the difficulties that arise when doing so -- I don't know how we could have made it work as smoothly as we did without her. Shannon has been like a breath of fresh air and helped me immensely- caring, calm and yet very professional - one can tell that she loves helping people -i never felt rushed-
She showed up a minute before our appointment, wasn’t prepared, read her notes to us at the beginning of our session, told us her rent went up and our session would be $50/hr more than previously without notice, chooses a different side each time and recently said to me “Well, get a divorce then” during our marriage counseling. She’s extremely unprofessional and made us feel worse than when we came in. She needs therapy herself! Absolutely terrible experience!
