Cant take anyone for their word. I was told I could get out of my lease with no penalty and I even found someone to take over my apartment for them. Charge you for anything and everything. The “car tag” was just a piece of card stock with my apartment number on it. Moved out and got charged for the most outlandish things. When I did move out, I left it cleaner than when I moved in and they still charged me for extra cleaning. I did pay for the carpet cleaning though.
