Dr Seifert is always kind and thorough, I always know my baby is in good hands with her. And RN Maddie is incredible, always so kind and helpful! As an anxious first time mom who makes frequent visits (and they always squeeze me in), I love this clinic.
Was scheduled a 7:55am appointment, and told to arrive 10 minutes early, mind you it is below freezing this morning, stood outside in the freezing cold with a 2 year old and a six month old baby until 8am. If you are not unlocking the doors until 8am, DON'T TELL THE PARENTS TO BRING THEIR CHILDREN in 15 minutes early!!! I would give 0 star rating this morning, poor job Shannon.

Had the worst experience with one of the nurses in Dr. Elizabeth Young's office. THE WORST! I should have asked for a name of this lady but I will always remember that voice. She asked questions that were ultimately none of her concern and that were personal to my daughter and myself. She then began to STILL question me after I told her REPEATEDLY the question was personal. Whoever answers the phones in Dr. Young's office needs to be removed or retrained. Wish I could give this 0 stars.
Dr poderallas nurse assistant banned me from taking my nephew to his appointments! I was the only one taking him and now he hasn’t been going because they won’t let me take him , mom even filled out paperwork got ME to take him! I don’t think it’s fair to my nephew either!!!!
