Horrendous! Poor professionalism. No client regard. The receptionist didn’t make eye contact. Dr. Shannon refused to explain the diagnosis she gave. She had a 7 minute interaction with me AS A FIRST TIME PATIENT...after I waited 2 hours past my appointment time. She walked out of the room as I was speaking and asking questions about the chronic illness she diagnosed with me with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GO TO HER.
