I've seen Dr Parks for about 3 years. She has helped me gain strategies to deal with anxiety, guilt & depression. i can't say her medication offerings have helped me too much though. Also, I find her pricing very high. She has not been willing to talk/alter meds when needed & she is usually only available during office hours. I find her questions & strategies very helpful. More of a by the books doctor than thinking outside the box.
Dr Parks has helped me with treating my debilitating anxiety and depression. With her help over the course of 2 years I no longer need the numerous medications I was on..... I feel whole again. If you need a good doctor who is kind, smart and professional, I urge you to give her a chance. Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it. I don't feel like I've made any progress whatsoever after seeing them. They haven't been able to help me at all. Before they recommended a treatment plan for me, they looked into my medical history a little, but I still didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
