I’ve had 4 realtors in my personal life and I’ve worked with a few dozen in my professional life, and Shannon is by far the best one! Doesn’t have the fake used car salesman chic going that almost every other realtor has. She was very knowledgeable in what she knew and didn’t bulls@$t about the things she didn’t, she would say “I’ll find that out for you” and then she did! Stop scrolling for a realtor this is the one you want!!
Shannon was an excellent agent in selling a family condo. She will give you real data on what your place is worth and what is realistic for a selling price given market conditions. She has good tactics and will go above and beyond to get your home sold.
