First time having out patient procedure at Shannon & it went extremely well!! Super friendly folks. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist to volunteers. I went by myself & they totally took care of Me! Thank you so much, everyone...☆☆☆☆☆

I'm at a loss... 3.5 hours waiting, less than 30 seconds with the Dr. (Ok I'll give him a full minute, but nothing more) only to be turned away and told that he only handles emergent care! If that's the case then, send me to someone who can help me. I'm desperate for help! MY DAUGHTER BEING IN CONSTANT PAIN IS AN EMERGENCY FOR ME!!! I wouldn't have spent 3.5 hours of my time if I thought otherwise. Especially when I can't help her, because she has trouble breathing, and walking!! I'm furious!
