Dr Charles Cecil from Urology is the worst doctor I have ever met. Rudy, Unkind, and don't care about my situation. He was so quick to tell me if I wanted a new provider, it being my 1st appointment with him and waited a very long time to get seen. Monica the RN nurse was very kind, nice, and I felt she cared. I would not recommend this ugly doctor to no one.

Went to doctor Sun, was diagnosed with a heart issue was only told to loose weight ...my heart issue has gotten worse ...didnt receive right treatment from him ...have gotten a different cardiologist....

When you have a STAT order to rule out a blood clot and it can’t be done the day of the order because they are too busy and you go the next morning and have the test done at 10:00 in the morning but as of almost 10:00 that evening the test has not yet been read - it’s beyond obvious all of the talk about the monopoly making healthcare more accessible is clearly false. Hard to believe the town I grew up in has healthcare like a third world country. If you can get someone to answer or return calls you are looking at 3 months to make an appointment. Most of the Shannon folks have encountered are rude and act like your are interfering with their day. The doctor I waited 2/12 months to see was arrogant, cocky and could care less about my problems or concerns. This review is really aimed at the whole system including all the Shannon-owned medical clinics and hospitals. Shannon clearly has a total monopoly with respect to medical services furnished in the San Angelo, Texas area. It's been my experience that the actions of most Shannon doctors are aimed at maximizing profits for the corporation. They are not aimed at getting the best possible outcomes for patients. I was in the emergency room for over 14 hours laying on a cold slab in a great deal of pain. Several doctors said I needed to be in the hospital. and then they would say there are no rooms in the hospital stay here until morning and let's see what happens I stayed until morning and was eventually forced to leave saying we have no rooms we can't help you get out. I was left in the lobby additional 2 hours before I finally got a cab to come pick me up.. this place shouldn't be allowed to be in business.
