Walked in the office with information on zynex medical device. Explained how it would help. I questioned coverage by insurance. She left came back and said it would be 100% covered. Now I get a $900 bill and after multiple calls to the company and insurance it was never covered. She got a kick back on this device from the company and now we are stuck with a $900 bill.
