Dr. McFeaters was very kind and understanding of the situation.
After having 2 others medical professionals unsure what was wrong, Dr McFeaters quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Patiently explaining what was wrong and how we were gonna fix it. A big two thumbs up for her !!!
Dr. Mcfeaters is nice. The treatment didn’t work for me. Called and left 3 voicemails for over a month with no call back to try and schedule a follow up. Finally get a notice from a collections agency for $26 that I apparently owed them. Made one final attempt to call them and someone finally answered the phone. I was told that since my account was sent to collections, I was dropped as a patient and could not ever schedule with them again per policy. Over $26. $26 I didn’t even know I owed. As a first time patient, my appointment was smooth and seemless. Dr. McFeaters is very kind and listens to her patients. I did not have to wait long and everything was well taken care of. Highly recommended!
