Shannon is by far, the best and most thorough realtor I have ever worked with. I purchased and sold 2 houses with Shannon in the 7 years I was there. When I purchased the second home, she addressed issues that were common in the Pahrump area that are not common to other locations, in some cases not telling me until later that she paid for work that needed to be done until after closing. Shannon went above and beyond every expectation we had for a realtor. It took us three months to close during Covid in 2020 but she kept us updated every step along the way. We moved across the country and when our belongings showed up before closing day she let us store our furniture on a rental truck in her driveway. I picked Shannon out of all the other realtors in the area because I noticed she grew up in the area. I figured it would benefit me since I was not too sure about the area at all.
