Absolutely wonderful experience. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know and very professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Audiologist very good. Turn around time on factory replacement of battery was over two weeks. The audiologist’s cleaning of hearing aids and tuning of them more than made up for the delay. I was only having one repaired and limped along on one hearing aid.
