After several issues with my stove and after several maintenance requests they replaced my stove. I thought it was totally cool that they were able to do that. Until I realized they had brought me somebody else's used gross stove. I opened up the oven and there was literally somebody else's food grease and everything else smeared on the inside.
So quick and thorough!

Thank you Shannon Manor for free pizza!! We enjoy living here. You keep the lawn mowed, sidewalks and parking areas cleared in the winter. Thank you!! The maintenance guys and grils are awesome and care about their residents!! Thank you so much on keeping up on snow removal!!
