Annie and Bailey are truly the best. And they helped make everything a smooth transfer for us. We moved from the apartments to a townhome and are truly happy with everything.
After several issues with my stove and after several maintenance requests they replaced my stove. I thought it was totally cool that they were able to do that. Until I realized they had brought me somebody else's used gross stove. I opened up the oven and there was literally somebody else's food grease and everything else smeared on the inside. Hey, another maintenance request to come in and fix the threshold from the kitchen to the living room. They left it literally 10 times worse than it was prior. My carpet is now ripped... read more
