I'm sorry I don't know how to spell her name but she drives a black truck I think her name is Carrie. But she's been here twice in the last week there was an incident with my dog and she handled it well I was totally unaware of it she told the dog to back off and she did . I have lived in these townhomes going on 3 years now. And I pay $1600 a month for rent. Now come to find out when my lease is up in July of 2026, water, trash and sewer will not be included in the rent! To me this is absolutely crazy and uncalled for! We love our neighbors and it is quite in here. But there’s no play ground for kids to play on and not much for them to do like other places. We have had nothing but bad experience after bad experience here!
After several issues with my stove and after several maintenance requests they replaced my stove. I thought it was totally cool that they were able to do that. Until I realized they had brought me somebody else's used gross stove. I opened up the oven and there was literally somebody else's food grease and everything else smeared on the inside.
