Very thorough and caring very professional
The doctor talked to the patient to make sure he understood his test results. She was very professional and answered all questions that were asked of her.
Highly professional and helpful
Shannon was an amazing provider. She spent time explaining everything and developing a plan for the future that did not leave me wondering what was next. She answered all my questions and was kind and compassionate throughout my visit. I did not feel like she was in a rush to get in and out. She sent me multiple messages through the portal to communicate with me following my visit to give updates on lab results quickly. She definitely made me feel like she truly cares.
Shanon is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has treated my Hemochromatosis! I am feeling much better.
