Shannon is the best realtor that I have ever used. She was very thorough in providing a market analysis and recommending a listing price. We were kept informed frequently on showings and feedback. The condo closed and had a contract and closing within two months of the listing. Not to be forgotten is her follow through on ensuring a successful home inspection.
