I have lived here since August let me just start with the ladies in the office are extremely nice and always a pleasure not one time have I had a bad encounter with them as long as you approach them correctly they will help however they can as best as they can, however since moving in my first day moving in nothing was done in my unit I gave a long list of broken things and items that needed to be fixed and maybe one or two things off of the list was fixed.
