Please don’t move out here. This is the worst apartments to live in. It’s infested with roaches and it’s always flooding from the unit above. The rent office people don’t care about making sure your work orders are done. I moved from one unit to another and I’m still having the same problems. I’m sure my unit has a lot of water damage because the ceiling is leaking and i have put in several work orders but they still haven’t fixed it
The maintenance man Tony is a great asset to this property he came to make repairs to my unit and he was very respectful also he saw me struggling to take my garbage he removed it for me and that’s a big help to me since I’m disabled . 👏👏👏👏👏 very professional keep up the great work
Musa is one awesome electrician! He came and fixed my Aunty lights . The man knew exactly what to do and got straight to it! No problem with communication and just a great person overall! Need more guys like him in this field !
My power went out due to a maintenance man trying to fix my thermostat so my electricity has been going off and on for about 3 weeks because of this...then my neighbor reported water leaking from my bathroom into hers and Tae came out to see what was going on..I told him about my electric situation and he tried to fix what he could then he called Musa so thanks to Tae (the new maintenance man)and Musa they both went above and beyond to make sure my electric got turned back on...Thanks guys I really appreciate.
