Saw Shannon for botox at the office across from Millennium Park. She was very gracious with her time and after I told her I was worried since I am a newbie to this, she immediately slowed down and walked me through it. It felt great that she didnt rush my decision making. She also put my wants first, then made suggestions based off of those. I was very self concious going in, but felt at ease afterward.
I saw Shannon in Bourbonnais, and she was great! She was very helpful with treating my problem and had studied my health history before seeing me to assist in figuring out the cause of my issue. Very empathetic!
