I can't speak for any other care giver in the cardio clinic but Shannon Chappell is AWESOME. She answers emails, returns phone calls and takes the time to listen and explains things so that I can understand.
My experience at Ochsner’s cardiology team has been absolutely wonderful. From the very first visit, I felt at home and never like just "another" patient. My concerns were genuinely heard, and I truly felt like my health mattered to them.
