She was very friendly and very professional. I felt like I and my health mattered. I believe she covered everything that need to be addressed. She has a very nice, calming voice which was very comforting. Not once did I feel rushed; the appointment took as long as it need to…which was an almost an hour.
Shannon Hogate is an amazing care provider. She takes time to listen, while always offering options to increase patient care and comfort. She truly hears what her patients have to say and understands what's important to them. Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of explaining complex topics so that they are understandable.
She is an incredible person. she is nice kind and wonderful and make sure that we are good and that we are feeling better before we leave if there was more than five stars, I would give her 10 out of 10
