I can't recommend Shannon Highly enough. She helped me with the purchase of a new home while I was resided in a different state. She walked me professionally through every step of the process and was even to provide me a list of professional contractors which I needed. I felt Shannon was a friend to me instead of a business partner because she went above and beyond what was required to assist me in the purchase of my new home

We were very pleased working with Shannon! We had a terrible agent who just stopped helping us and left us without a home when a closing fell through. Shannon stepped up to the plate and helped us find a home we love. She kept in very close contact with us at all times, kept us informed of anything she heard , and kept our best interest in mind. She is such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Shannon did a great job in helping us to sell our father's house. She was knowledgable about the local market. She gave us advice on how to best get the house ready to sell as well as advice on how to negotiate with several buyers. We were able to sell quickly and efficiently with no problems. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing or selling real estate.
