I have personally seen the apartment manager Melina I believe her name is screaming at the tenants. She was not talking with them, she was SCREAMING at them. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. At one point I witnessed her yelling at a man who lives there and after he went inside to get away from her verbal abuse she went on his patio and threw one of his pieces of patio furniture in the dumpster. The maintenance man is also known to enter your apartment without notice. BEWARE.
I have lived here for 4 years now and loved it until just recently. I was told by me mgmt that if I'm not a godly person then I'm a bad person and bad people do not belong here. This started after maintenance saw my dark art work. Then my child care worker was verbally assaulted by management who would not reveal herself as management then I was threatened to be kicked out if she ever came back here. after I made some reports I feared retaliation and what I feared is coming true. This place has VERY POOR management definitely went downhill beginning of 2015 do to new ownership and management
