Not a good experience! I left several messages on the portal which were never answered until called the office for an appointment. I finally got an appointment but it was difficult to get to her office and I called to tell them that was lost and would be late. When I arrived 20 minutes after my appointment I was told she could not see me. Empathy and compassion is not learned at medical school! I will never go back!
