Summary: Do NOT use them unless you buy houses everyday. Yes, everyday. The Good: Did the job. The Bad: Did not reply to my emails, phone calls, did not even call me to setup an appointment to sign closing paperwork. Office was closed during regular business hours. I had to make multiple trips to Shannon's Escrow office to get the job done. No, I do not recommend Shannon Escrow.
Terrible customer service, leaves everything last minute, had to chase them in order to get anything done. The CLOSING SUPPORT is very lacking and the officers could be more efficient and competent. I am very displeased of how they have been operating for the last few weeks. They need more structure and organization. Please go to another Escrow Company. 1/10/2022.
These guys are a nightmare.
Over the couse of several years I have been very happy with Shannon Escrow and suggest their service routinely to my Selling clients. This past year has forced many challenges on businesses but Shannon Escrow has never failed to close a transation in a timely manner.
