I had a crown put on a few weeks ago and was told by Dr. Shannon that my mouth would settle and to come back if my teeth were rubbing and I needed an adjustment. Well, I came back for an adjustment and the Dr. said that his work was not to blame and I was to be charged. Way to stand behind your work and completely go back on what you said. Didn't have the need for any adjustments before you worked on my teeth. I'll be finding another dentist and urge others to do the same.
My daughter called Shannon yesterday morning at about 9 a.m. I was in incredible pain. I was seen at 10:20 a.m.! I was seen my Dentist Dan. I can't say enough good about the entire office! I was made comfortable and my dental needs were addressed immediately! If you find yourself in need of expert dental care, please call Shannon! You won't be sorry! Thank you Shannon-Thank you Dr. Dan !
