Shannon helped us out yesterday morning when garage door wouldn't retract and I couldn't get my car out. We rang first thing at 7am and he was on our doorstep at 8:30am to assess and open the door so I had access to my car. He returned early next morning (Saturday)! and replaced the broken springs.
