I have thoroughly enjoyed the process of buying a home with Shannon. This is my second home I've purchased and this experience was nothing like the first. She is amazing at being consistent and punctual. She explained everything in a way I can understand. She knew what I was looking for and when a property that wasn't on the market came back on, she immediately contacted the listing agent to get a showing. Her haste, allowed for me to get the home I truly wanted. You can't ask for a better realtor.

This women has been a nightmare to buy a house from. I would tell anyone looking at a house that she is selling to just run the other way. She is very manipulative and tried to cover up issues with the house. We were rushed to get our inspection done and sign papers but when it was their turn they took forever to do anything. Shannon and her staff are outstanding! Shannon was referred through a friend and the best referral i have ever received! She immediately took over from previous realtor and completely showed and sold our house in a little over a month! Just a wonderful and caring person. She knew and understood all of our needs and took care of them all! Make sure to call her if you want a great realtor in your corner!!!!
