Friendly yet incompetent. Left out vital examinatios. No apology given & no call back to return to complete exam. Not acceptable. My family will try a medical doctor at ELFP in the future prior to quitting the practice as an entirety. We will wait to refer family & friends to ELFP. Management will be contacted.

I highly recommend Shannon Cox for your healthcare needs. She is attentive, supportive and spent quality time in the exam room. She was pleasant and didn't appear to be rushing to another room. She spent time listening and explaining items as needed.
