Friendly yet incompetent. Left out vital examinatios. No apology given & no call back to return to complete exam. Not acceptable. My family will try a medical doctor at ELFP in the future prior to quitting the practice as an entirety. We will wait to refer family & friends to ELFP. Management will be contacted.
